The Pulchri Collection does not accept returns nor do we issue refunds, on any hair that has been tampered with. Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange, the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it.

The Pulchri Collection custom made wigs cannot be returned, please insure that you choose the correct head measurements before making your purchase. 

No changes will be made to an order once it is placed. Please ensure your order is correct prior to payment.
